4th of July Recipe Roundup
News flash: July 4th is in TWO days. Say whaaaa?? I can’t believe it’s the month of July already. I seriously need to figure out a way to slow down time. I’ll get right on that 🙂
I hope everyone gets to have some time to relax and spend some down time with friends and family this Independence Day. I also know that this holiday, just like every other holiday, requires an abundance of food to celebrate, so I am giving you some great ideas to help you out:
Drinks
Main Course
Caprese Burgers & Balsamic Glaze on English Muffins
Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Burgers
Appetizers and Side Dishes
Tomato, Onion, and Cucumber Salad
Hasselback Garlic Cheesy Bread
Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction
Desserts
Red, White & Blue Mini Fruit Pizzas
Wow, there is so much deliciousness in this post, I don’t even know where to start!
I love the strawberry ice and the cheesy garlic bread. Cheese + carbs = happiness. 🙂
Thanks Sarah! I have to agree the cheesy garlic bread would be my top pick from this list 🙂
Great recipe roundup Ashley! Everything looks delicious. I got my eyes on the Watermelon Lemon Cooler and the Caprese Burgers & Balsamic Glaze on English Muffins. YUM! Have a great 4th! 🙂

I am drooling at the sight of key lime pie dip!
You would love it!! Thank you, Christina 🙂
My first response to this post was, “I’ll have one of those, one of those, some of that, a bite of that.” I am not kidding! Absolutely beautiful fare and perfect ideas for summer and the upcoming holiday, especially. Thanks for the great post and happy 4th to you and yours, Ashley!
Happy 4th to you, too!! Thanks, Dan!
Great round up! That cheesy garlic bread is calling my name!! Hope you have a great 4th!!!
That bread is one of my faves, for sure!
It’s hard to pick which is my favorite in this round up! Caprese for sure and then the frozen s’mores!!!
Very good choices! haha!
I was planning on making a fruit pizza for the 4th, but I think those frozen smores should get some love too 🙂
I LOVE the frozen s’mores! They are awesome!
Everything looks SO good, but that garlic cheese bread is REALLY calling my name! 😉

These treats looks awesome especially the fruit pizzas and frozen s’mores. The s’mores could be the perfect treat right now, it is super hot where I am 🙂
It’s not hot at all here right now! I’m jealous! 🙂
I love all the different versions of caprese you have. It’s one of my favorite flavor combos.
Mine, too! It’s the best! Thanks, Kelly
Great roundup. Now I’m thirsty. And hungry.
Story of my life (LOL)
I’d like to start with a layered drink and then a little of everything else! Is that OK?
That sounds good to me!!
Umm… I’m pretty sure I want EVERY recipe you just pictured at my 4th of July BBQ. Come cook for me, please?
Only if you cook for me! haha
I can’t decide which one is my fav…what a great collection! Maybe I should eat lunch before I come over… commence drooling! (=
