When drinks have just the right amount of zest and tang, I’m here for it. I mean, how could lime, coconut, and tequila not be a match made right in heaven? Whether you are poolside, on your back patio like I am when I’m drinking one of these, or at the beach, these crazy-easy Coconut Lime Margs are the way to go.

These drinks are not too sweet, yet not too tequila-forward. If you’re looking for a drink that is a total crowd-pleaser, this is the one! I also like to make these Pink Lemonade Margaritas for parties.

I found when making drink recipes that fresh-squeezed lime juice is completely indispensable, like in my Frozen Coconut Mojito. This realization came from years of recipe development (13 years to be exact!). The lime juice mellows out the acidity seamlessly. To sweeten the deal, I added coconut cream.

This Coconut Lime Margarita recipe is still the right amount of tartness, just as you would expect a margarita should be, but with a real and fresh and smooth kind of sip. If you like tart, try my new Red Wine Slushies.

When it’s summertime, you got to have something good to drink. These creamy cups of slushie coconut dreams are just that perfect, frozen, ultimate refreshment. They are frosty, sweet, and have lots of rich coconut flavor.
