Holiday Mimosas
This is a super festive Holiday Mimosas recipe for whether you’re hosting a holiday brunch or an elegant holiday party that will brighten everyone’s day!
Holiday Mimosas for Christmas morning, coming right up! Little flutes of refreshing flavor to make your holiday super special.
You will love it so much that you will spontaneously send out a text invite to all your (real, not internet) friends to meet you on Zoom for a virtual brunch this weekend just so you can have an excuse to make these.
I am super determined to get you in the holiday spirit if you are having trouble getting there in this super strange garbage dump of a year. I’m happily serving you a cocktail so full of festive sparkle that you can’t resist.
I’m a huge fan of how when the words “mimosa” or “brunch” are involved, it automatically means that we can have champagne for breakfast and it’s perfectly acceptable.
Mimosas in the morning are a similar feeling to how it’s perfectly fine to eat doughnuts on Saturdays or a margarita every single time you eat a taco. This is how my food brain (and everyone else’s food brain) should work and I definitely don’t hate it.
These holiday mimosas don’t have a huge alcohol taste, but you can always add more or even add a splash of vodka to it. It’s totally up to you on how boozy you want this mimosa to be on Christmas morning!
Holiday mimosas are sooo good I could consume an entire pitcher of them myself. The recipe for them is actually a ridiculously, embarrassingly easy recipe that anyone can throw together, but it brings me so much joy that I couldn’t NOT share it!
Easy recipes on Christmas morning means more time for PRESENTS. You should also try my Champagne Cupcakes if you’re feeling extra festive.
All is right in the world because I’ve created us holiday mimosas, AKA our new signature Christmas cocktail.
