It’s my birthday weekend! Well, I’ve been celebrating all week long because that’s just how I roll. As a birthday wish, I want all 11 of these recipes cooked for me…all in one day. Is that too much to ask for? Mr. Wishes and I are going on vacation with friends in a few weeks and are on our official “vacation diet”. We are eating light, no desserts (well, I make a few exceptions), and not a whole lot of cheese (sad face). It’s funny how when I’m trying to eat better I want food that I don’t even typically eat when I’m NOT being careful about what I eat. It makes no sense!
