Happy weekend! We all made it through the week. Do you have any big plans? It went from fall to winter literally overnight here in upstate NY so I’m going to be hiding out on the couch covered in blankets as much as I can this weekend. So NOT ready for this yet!
There’s nothing worse than being stuck in the “what the heck do I make for dinner?” rut so I teamed up with some food blogger friends of mine to put together a meal plan for the week. As a wise man once told me, “Fail to plan or you can plan to fail”. Although he was referring to a work out plan (that I failed at, for the record), I think this quote totally applies here, right? I refuse to also fail at meal planning.
