4 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Oat Bars
This recipe for Gluten-Free No-Bake 4 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Oat Bars is an easy dessert or breakfast treat to throw together in a pinch. You will love this fall twist on oatmeal bars!
Aloha and I can’t wait to share these 4 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Oat Bars with you! Sorry, I’m still in Hawaii mode over here.
I am home now and back to reality! Hawaii is my favorite place I have ever vacationed, and that still rings true even the second time around. I love the beauty everywhere I look. Also, as hot as it can be there (humidity at 52939%), I love the warm 80 degree nights. There’s something delightful about being outside all hours of the night and never feeling cold. I love that.
I will keep it short and sweet today (no pun intended) because, let’s be honest, I have to unpack, I’m feeling really under the weather, and have a million loads of laundry waiting for me.
To sum it up, I have two amazing things for you today: a yummy, easy dessert recipe AND a pumpkin peanut butter giveaway so that you can make it yourself…and get a fun package in the mail. Everyone loves getting fun packages in the mail, am I right?.
The picture below is what you will be receiving if you win and the details on how to enter are at the bottom of this post! Not pictured: the glass candle holder because I broke mine.
My favorite brand of peanut butter is Peanut Butter & Co and they have a new limited edition flavor: Pumpkin Spice! They blended their peanut butter with real pumpkin and warm pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon and nutmeg). It’s awesome!
All of their delicious peanut butter is made with all-natural ingredients and is some of the best peanut butter I’ve ever tasted. If you missed these Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brownies a few months back, it’s time you hit them up ASAP.
Pack these 4 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Oat Bars in your kids’ lunches for school, eat them for a breakfast on-the-go, or gobble them up for dessert. I downed a couple on the plane ride to Hawaii!
Whatever you end up doing with them, just make sure you try these at least once in your life. I was amazed at the deliciousness!

I love Hawaii, we honeymooned there. My daughter’s name is from there. So we’re taking the kids for a visit next year so she can see the place her name came from. Should be a ton of fun. My hooligans are older so we’ll be able to scuba dive and surf together. Going to be blast. If I can wrangle them into we’ll be do some skydiving too. Not hubs. He’ll watch. Ha.
I love this recipe. There is nothing better than oat bars. Especially when they include peanut butter. This looks way too good.
Hawaii is one of my favorite places too! I loved your pictures! I bet that Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter is really good!
