Whipped Hot Chocolate

Christmas is upon us, my friends, and the season of hot chocolate recipes. I love anything seasonal and festive. This cold weather staple started making its appearance every year in my house along with my Crock Pot Caramel Hot Chocolate.
My favorite way to enjoy this whipped chocolate drink is hot, but it’s also so good when it is cold. If you want to make this into an iced whipped chocolate drink you easily can. This is the perfect party dessert. Something you can make ahead of time if you’re having guests over, like for my Slow Cooker Snowflake White Hot Chocolate. A treat you can share with your friends, neighbors, family, or whoever.
Something you can seriously tuck into, get cozy under a blanket and enjoy. 100% worth every calorie and every effort to make this beauty. I mean, you are practically drinking melted chocolate, but totally worth it and you deserve it.
You can be super fun and fancy with this whipped hot chocolate drink by adding toppings like sprinkles, homemade or store-bought whipped cream, peppermint candies, chocolate candy chunks or marshmallows! I have been known to do this with my Creamy Crock Pot Hot Chocolate from time to time. It’s a great treat after a long day. Feel free to add booze to your chocolate cup of goodness if you’re feeling feisty.
This might just be the most fun recipe I have ever posted. Every time I look at one of the photos it makes me wish I had one right in front of me. And then I get a massive craving for this creamy whipped hot chocolate.

Whipped Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- ● 2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
- ● 3 packets of Hot Chocolate Mix
- ● 2 tablespoons of Fudge Sauce
- ● ½ a cup of Powdered Sugar
- ● Mini Marshmallows for topping
- ● Peppermint Candy Pieces for topping
- ● Chocolate Bar Shavings for topping
- ● Piping bag with 1M tip
Instructions
- Start by pouring your heavy cream and hot cocoa mix into a stand mixer.
- Mix until well combined.
- Add in your fudge sauce and mix until it starts to become stiff.
- Add in your powdered sugar and mix until stiff peaks form.
- Place mixture into a piping bag and add your 1M tip.
- Pipe into a mug and top with marshmallows, peppermint, and chocolate shavings. I grated a candy bar with a cheese grater
- Serve and enjoy!
