Happy weekend, everyone! I’m off to NYC this weekend to see a show at BB King Blues Club – our friend Ramin Karimloo is performing and invited us to come see him perform. It should be a good time! If you’re in the New York area you should really consider making a night of it.
I know you’re all really here for the food and not to hear me ramble, so onto the meal plan. I included my Kentucky Butter Cake as the dessert option this week – it has been absolutely going a bit viral the last month or so, therefore I know it’s very well-loved. A lot of readers’ have commented or written to me in various places telling me they made it and loved it. I mean, a cake with the word “butter” in the name really can’t be bad, right? Besides my Cinnamon Bun Cake, it has to be my new fave. Indulge this weekend and plan to make some of this delicious food…oh, and make and sip on my Cherry Red Wine Slushies while you’re creating your meal plan. Just an idea…
