Welcome to another great meal plan! I’m back into the groove this week cooking dinners every night after being on vacation for almost two weeks. Reality has hit me hard this time, let me tell you! The horrendous jet lag has succeeded in defeating me but I’m slowly getting more and more normal every day (well, normal for ME.)
All the weird, crazy hours I’ve been sleeping have made the week go by quickly and the weekend is already here – gotta look at the bright side! On the dark side, I still a giant suitcase sitting in the middle of my bedroom floor waiting to be unpacked. Oops.
While you’re making your meal plans this week (if you make one, because you totally should) I hope you find one or two or ten things you want to make from this list. Be sure to have that yummy looking strawberry shortcake for dessert every night. I don’t know about you, but it is calling out my name. Enjoy and have a great weekend!
