Happy Saturday and meal plan day! I am currently home for one day as I just got back from Iowa with the wonderful people of Iowa Corn. I am turning right around tomorrow and off for a short vacation! I am just looking forward to doing nothing for the next several days: laying on the beach, eating, and sleeping is all I plan on doing. I hope you love this Weekly Meal Plan {Week 116}.
I am leaving just in time for fall arriving so I couldn’t be more happy about that! We had an extended summer here in Rochester as this entire week was in t he 90’s! The weatherman actually pointed out that we had days that hit the 90’s in the spring and fall now but NOT in the actual summer. Crazy, huh?
There’s a great variety of dishes on the meal plan this week. If you’re looking for comfort food, we got it. If you’re looking for lighter options such as salmon? Got it. I also spy some other seafood dishes that look delicious. Those boozy pumpkin pie milkshakes are going on my list to try!
