Sugar Cookie Fudge
Sugar Cookie Fudge is a rich and creamy vanilla cookie dough fudge recipe. Made from eggless sugar cookie dough, this easy fudge tastes just like sugar cookies! This no bake fudge comes together quickly and will soon be your family’s favorite for Valentine’s Day!
I really enjoy making fudge for holidays and all Valentine’s Day recipes. Fudge is so easily adaptable, and you can tweak it to fit in for any holiday.
This sugar cookie fudge is really one of those recipes that can be valid for any holiday by just switching up the sprinkle colors. It reminded me a little bit of my Layered Valentine’s Day Strawberry Fudge.
This sugar cookie fudge only takes four ingredients to throw together. I love fudge recipes! When I say it absolutely is the easiest fudge you will ever make, I really mean it. You can totally have children help with this recipe because it’s fool-proof and done in a jiffy, like my no-bake my Red Velvet Truffles,
For this recipe, you use white chocolate chips, vanilla frosting in a tub, sugar cookie mix from a bag, and the sprinkles of your choosing. Simple ingredients are life! The results are the creamiest, egg-free fudge you will ever taste.
I have a little tip for you if you’re nervous about consuming raw flour from the sugar cookie mix. I suggest you toast it beforehand to eliminate any worry you may have! To toast the flour (cake mix), simply spread flour out on a baking sheet and cook for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool completely, then proceed with the recipe as directed. I know I have had concerns about this in the past, and I highly recommend this method to ease your mind if you are concerned.
I recommend using Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips for this recipe. Quality chocolate chips are ALWAYS worth the splurge when you are baking, in my honest opinion. This is coming from a super frugal person when it comes to grocery shopping. Just do it, no matter what recipe you’re making!
Sprinkles are great because they make everything festive with no effort at all. You can adapt the color and shape of sprinkles to be geared toward whatever holiday you’re making this for.
This fudge will be perfect for valentine’s day with some red, white, pink sprinkles! For Easter, slap on some pastel bunny sprinkles and call it a day. Christmas sprinkles would be so fun in December. This fudge is literally so versatile and virtually timeless for all seasons!
February is a good month, people. This time of the year puts us that much closer to spring! Punxy Phil didn’t see his shadow this past week, so we are on the up and up.
If you’re more of a chocolate fan, check out my Best Rocky Road Fudge. Personally, I liked white chocolate the best. I can make an exception for certain recipes, like my all-time favorite Crock Pot Triple Chocolate Peanut Candy.
I hope you make this sugar cookie fudge soon as love it as much as we did. Happy Valentine’s Day!
