Halloween is coming and I have some Pretzel Spider Webs for you! This year I’m looking forward to it more than ever as Eliza will be old enough to really have fun on the holiday.

I can’t believe we are over halfway through September and coming up on October soon. Where does the time go? It’s time for all things spooky and fun including these Halloween Chocolate Pretzel Spider Webs for kids (or adults who act like kids). I made them for a party this past weekend and they were an immediate hit.

Melting the white chocolate to make the Halloween Chocolate Pretzel Spider Webs

This Halloween Chocolate Pretzel Spider Webs is the perfect fun dessert to whip up while watching Hocus Pocus or your favorite Halloween movie and cuddling on the couch! Your kids or grandkids can help make these spider webs and will love it. Make them with my Halloween Boo Meringues and you’ll be the kids’ favorite forever and ever.

These pretzel spider webs are an incredibly easy Halloween candy, and everyone will love the great combination of salty, crunchy pretzels with smooth, sweet white chocolate.

I love chocolate (white or milk chocolate) and pretzel treats (hello, my Sweet & Salty Halloween Chex Mix.) The combination of sweet and salty is just super perfect, in my humble opinion. So, when I first tried these pretzel spider webs, it was over.

What are you doing for Halloween? Any unusual outfit ideas? I’ll probably stick to the classic Minnie Mouse ensemble because I’m boring like that. I usually just do some crazy makeup and throw on some Minnie Mouse ears and call it a day. I never got too much into Halloween! I do like to dress Eliza up though. I think I had about 8 different Halloween costumes for her last year.

Give your Halloween desserts a spooky spin this Halloween with this super-easy (and super-genius) spider web design. They are so cute! If spider webs can be cute, that is. The hardest part of making these is melting the white chocolate. So what I’m saying is, it’s not hard at all!

These Pretzel Spider Webs are pretty easy and delicious. They are crunchy, salty, sweet and full of chocolate. This is definitely a keeper recipe for next Halloween, for sure! Eat one if you dare.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bag White chocolate chips
  • 1 16 oz bag Pretzel sticks
  • 1 Black decorating icing tube
  • 1 bag M&Ms Halloween colors
  • Coconut oil
  • Pastry/icing bags ziploc bags can be used
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  • Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper. Lay out as many pretzel sticks as you would like in your web (at least 8). Form a circle with them with the bottom end of each pretzel touching in the center. Repeat this for as many webs as you would like to make.
  • Place 1 cup white chocolate chips in a bowl and add 2-4 teaspoons of coconut oil. Microwave for 20-30 seconds. Mix and repeat this process until fully melted with a smooth texture. (Will probably take 2-3 times) Fill your pastry bag with the melted chocolate.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate in a circular motion to form the web, placing extra in the center to hold the pretzel ends together. Place m&ms where desired and use black decorator icing to draw on the legs. Place in the fridge to set up for 2-4 hours. I also have done the freezer for an hour
