Hi guys! I hope you had a great week. I can’t believe we’re in our last weekend of October. Where does the time go? I am finally feeling better this week after the nastiest cold of my life last week. It carried over to this week and I still have a little bit of a stuffy nose and cough. As much as I’m sure you want to hear about my sickness, onto the Weekly Meal Plan {Week 120}.
My contribution this week is the pizza pasta casserole all made in one pot. Everything about that meal just makes me crave it each time I see the photos. I don’t know why I don’t think to make it more often than I do! I also have my eye on that pumpkin latte coffee cake. I have not consumed nearly enough pumpkin desserts this fall! I feel like I went right from summer and am now transitioning to winter. Maybe it was the lingering warm weather we had here in Rochester? Not that I’m complaining!

Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings – Just throw everything in your slow cooker before you leave for work and dinner is ready when you get home!

Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Breakfast for Dinner – Everyone’s favorite night of the week. Pancakes, eggs, bacon…you name it!
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker – end the week with food your family will love.
