Creamy Pecan Crunch Grape Salad
You’re just 7 ingredients away from this Creamy Pecan Crunch Grape Salad recipe. It is guaranteed to be a huge hit at office potlucks, BBQ’s, holiday dinners and parties!
It is the start of summer salads! OK, so this Creamy Pecan Crunch Grape Salad isn’t a typical “salad” loaded with veggies, but it’s still technically a salad. This is so refreshing and is begging to be made for your next office party or church potluck. Having a cookout or BBQ this summer? Bring it to that, as well. Oh, and it’s pretty to boot!

There you have it. Welcome to my new favorite salad. The best kind of salads, in my eyes, are the ones with absolutely zero leafy green stuff. Yes, I’m 5 years old. I’m more of a fruit girl myself. Grapes are my favorite fruit of all time and it’s honestly surprising how few grape recipes I have on this blog. Let us get started with this grape salad and see what else I can come up with next. Give me all the grapes and pecans and drench them it in a good shower of “cheesecake” filling and I am one happy camper. This can definitely also count as a dessert because it’s perfectly sweet. And some extra crushed pecans on top for good measure.
Be sure to check out my step-by-step video on how to make this Pecan Crunch Grape Salad. It’s so easy!

Yes – bring on the grapes and less of the green leafy stuff! I want to throw a party (maybe just for myself) so I can eat this grape salad alllll day long!
I can’t wait to give this a try. I can see everyone loving it.
This looks so incredible! I need to make this for my next picnic, it would be such a hit!
YUMMMMMM and it’s only 7 ingredients which is amazing!
I’ve never had a salad with cream cheese! That needs to change.
hOW LONG SHOULD THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTUREBE PUT IN THE FRIDGE BEFORE EATING?
HOW LONG SHOULD THIS BE REFRIGERATED BEFORE EATING?
I would give it a couple hours or overnight
it helps to cut grapes and peel them , a lot of people can not digest the peel and whole grapes are easy to choke on
I make this salad, but I use a 7 1/2 oz jar of marshmallow fluff instead of the sour cream…it is so much better….. you can also delete the white sugar in the recipe, because of the sweetness of the fluff….I do cover the top with brown sugar and pecan pieces..another tip: make sure you purchase grapes that are firm and crisp!!!
Love the idea of using fluff! Thanks, Carol!
Can this be cut in half for just 3 people?
Yes it can! I do that all the time.
I totally would add a can of chicken to this Lol
Ashley, I made this salad and everyone loved it! Thanks for an easy and tasty recipe!
well that just made my day! thanks!
Do you know the carb count in this salad?
I don’t! I’m so sorry about that!
It looks like there is something white in there with grapes and pecans. Sounds yummy.
What do you serve with this? Crackers, veggies?
No I just eat it alone. Not as a Dip.
I served with graham crackers, so it’s like a ‘crust’ for cheesecake-ness. I also had some little graham crackers I had bought for my 4 year old grand daughter and put some in a small bowl/glass and sprinkled them on top
I also added a bit of apple and sliced peaches to it. Yummy
Love that idea! Sounds great.
Can you substitute the sugar with Splenda , I’m dibetic!
Sure! I don’t see why not.
How much Stevia would i substitute for the sugar?
This sounds yummy, can I add Chicken ?
Of course you can! That sounds great.
I make this also. I add chicken and mayo take away the sugar and vanilla . Its wonderful. Never any leftovers.
This sounds so delicious and easy to make. I was wondering if I can substitute condensed milk with white and brown sugar, and have mixed fruits instead of just grapes.
I’m sure that would be yummy but I’ve never tried it before!
I made this salad for a potluck picnic. It went over very well. One gentlemen got a large bowl to take home. I leave off the pecans because you don’t know when someone is allergic to nuts.
Looks great! Was wondering why the brown sugar is added just before serving?
It liquifies a bit and turns it brown if put in too early
Can you use whipped cream cheese
Yes I think that would work
Ok I did try it with whipped cream cheese and it worked wonderfully – it was nice and creamy and not lumpy! Much better!!
I’m so glad to hear this!
Has anyone tried adding fresh strawberries to this dish?
Im so happy to see this, it is sure to add an exciting salad to some of the “same” stuff that goes to make up traditional holiday meals. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and making it easy to print a kitchen copy!
