Candy Corn Fudge
No-Bake Candy Corn Fudge recipe is a delicious and easy Halloween treat for kids and adults. This creamy homemade fudge only needs 4 ingredients and 15 minutes to make!
Candy Corn Fudge is a super fun Halloween treat to make with your kids. Halloween dessert recipes are always a good time. Fudge need not be just for Christmas. This Candy Corn Fudge is perfectly decked out for trick or treat time. It’s made from vanilla frosting, white chocolate, food coloring, and of course- candy corn. It is super creamy and delicious.
Yellow, white, and orange perfection right here. Such a beauty.
I always struggle this time of the year. I mourn the end of summer, but also look forward to some things fall, like my Candy Corn Pretzel Bites. I guess if given the choice, I would always choose summer. I like to be warm and wear dresses and be nice and tan (like I have time to lay out in the sun these days). The warm weather can stick around a little longer and I would be OK with that.
Maybe it’s a fact that candy corn is NOT the most loved of all the Halloween sweets for most people, but it is certainly one of the most iconic Halloween candies to show up everywhere in September and October. I feel as though everyone might as well embrace it because it is easily eaten by the handful. This candy also makes its way into many of our favorite fall desserts.
When September and October roll around I immediately start thinking about sweets and candy corn. I always have a bowl of candy corn sitting out during the fall months because it’s one of my favorite treats to snack on. I always try to stockpile a few bags to pull out during the year when the candy corn cravings hit…and they always do.
Since it is Halloween season, I’m just going to say it. There is absolutely no such thing as too much candy and fudge! Candy Corn Fudge and Candy Corn Cookie Cups are where it’s at. This easy fudge recipe is so quick to make it’s almost a little too easy to indulge and keep going back for more. It’s just a matter of setting the layers and trying to leave it alone as best you can until it’s ready. Self-control is not my strong point.
If you’re feeling like a fun neighbor, feel free to pass this fudge out to the kids in the neighborhood and you will suddenly become the favorite neighbor! If you have any leftover candy corn, try out my amazing 3 Ingredient Homemade Butterfingers or add it in to my absolute favorite thing to make: Sweet & Salty Halloween Chex Mix. Happy (early) Halloween, everyone!
Tips:
- I strategically placed the candy corn on top for the best look. I would suggest doing this as well unless you don’t mind how the candy corn falls.
- It doesn’t take long for the candy melts to melt, so don’t overcook them. They will get hard and want to ball up if you do.
- I didn’t have a set strategy when pouring the chocolate into the dish, I just drizzled it randomly, which is part of the fun. You can always layer it instead of making it a marble style. Totally up to you.
- You can add some flavored extract to your fudge, if preferred. No more than a half teaspoon is needed. Add it straight to the frosting and stir well before adding the frosting to the chocolate.
- I like to trip the edges of the fudge where they were touching the parchment paper, in order to get those perfect looking squares.
