I have heard and seen so many people who have made it their New Year’s resolution to start cooking more at home and eating dinner more often with their families.  I want to help you kick start that resolution you have made and provide you with ideas for each night in this upcoming week.

I know that everyone is so busy, especially with school being back in session now after Christmas break.  It’s hard to find the time to meal plan when you’re on the go all the time, as many families are.  Well, the work is now done for you!  This meal plan will help get you through the week and eating home-cooked meals instead of take-out.  Now you can do all of your grocery shopping for the week in one shot and have all that you need ready and waiting to be cooked up.  Enjoy!
