Hot Chocolate Pudding Shots
These Peppermint Hot Chocolate Pudding Shots are always such a hit at any holiday party! Creamy hot chocolate pudding is mixed with Bailey’s Irish Cream and topped with whipped cream, mini marshmallows and crushed peppermints. These are easy to whip up and a great festive treat!
Ingredients
- 1 3.9-oz package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 envelope hot cocoa mix
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Whipped cream
- Mini marshmallows
- Crushed peppermints
- 12 2 ounce shot glasses
Instructions
- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer combine the chocolate pudding mix and cocoa mix with your cold milk.
- Beat until combined and smooth.
- Add Baileys and peppermint extract and mix again.
- Pour into small cups and refrigerate until set, 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of hot chocolate powder, mini marshmallows and crushed peppermints.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Tips and Tricks
- You can make these the day before and top with the garnishes right before serving.
- You can leave out the alcohol and replace with more milk for a kid-friendly version.
- You can also use peppermint schnapps or peppermint vodka if you like, just omit the peppermint extract if you do.
