Tips:
- The sprinkles should stick on their own due to condensation from the chilling step. However, if not, a tiny dab of melted chocolate will allow them to adhere and stay in place. I had no issues, but various climates can change circumstances.
- The chocolate will try and seize when the milk mixture is added. This is due to the water-based food dye. However, stirring vigorously will allow it to stop seizing and eventually mix into the milk. This takes a strong arm. You can always add a bit of vegetable or canola oil to it if it seizes.
- If you can find a neon green oil-based food dye instead of a water based, this will skip the part where the chocolate begins to seize. However, I had no such luck finding this.
- You don’t have to add the maple extract as the fudge is a basic creamy vanilla fudge and is a delight either way. However, if you want to mix up the flavors, the maple is a delicious addition. You can also swap out the maple extract for other extract flavors. There are so many to choose from that the sky’s the limit.

This Grinch Fudge recipe is the perfect blend of festive fun and easy holiday baking. With just a handful of ingredients and zero baking required, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for Christmas parties, cookie exchanges, and family gatherings.
Add this cheerful treat to your list of must-make Christmas desserts, and watch it become a holiday tradition!

Grinch Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 Bags White Chocolate Morsels 12 ounces each bag
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 ounces
- ½ Teaspoon Neon Green Gel Food Coloring
- Large Red Heart Sprinkles
- ½ Teaspoon Maple or Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the white chocolate chips in a medium bowl and microwave on high for about 2 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Once there are no lumps and the chocolate is smooth and creamy, it’s ready.
- Add the green dye and milk to a bowl or large measuring cup and stir until no color streaks appear. Add the maple extract at this point, if you’re using it.
- Add the milk mixture to the chocolate and stir vigorously until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.
- Pour into the compared pan and spread until even.
- Chill for about 2 hours or until set.
- Slice into 1-inch squares and place one heart sprinkle in the corner of each fudge piece. Enjoy!
