I hope you all had a great week and easy transition with your kids going back to school. We don’t have kids, but Mr. Wishes is really enjoying the back-to-school traffic he’s been hitting every morning on the way to work (ha, ha). It is times like these that I’m so thankful I work from home and never have to fight the rush hour traffic. I will say that the neighborhood has been super quiet this week without all of the kids running around! Let’s talk about the Weekly Meal Plan {Week 113}…
My Hawaiian Bubble Bread made the list this week as a dessert, but you can easily serve this for breakfast as a sweeter option. Mr. Wishes and I LOVE Mexican food, so those Beef Bean Tostadas are really calling out my name. I’m putting those on the menu for the week! I’m also really loving the Panera Mac and Cheese. I make my own version of it every so often and it is the absolute creamiest mac ‘n cheese I’ve ever had. The trick to great macaroni and cheese is using a really good quality cheese! Sorry about that tangent. I am really passionate about my mac ‘n cheese, clearly.

Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Scramble – this is a wonderful back-to-school morning breakfast idea or perfect for “brinner”!

Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Breakfast for Dinner! Everyone’s favorite night of the week. Pancakes, eggs, bacon…you name it!
