Prep Time 20 minutes mins
Cook Time 13 minutes mins
Total Time 33 minutes mins
In a large pot add the sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter (organic will be too oily).
Stir to combine and cook over medium heat until it comes to a light boil and everything is incorporated.
Remove from the heat and stir in the Fritos/corn chips, you want to gently toss them and just get them all lightly coated without crushing them.
Spoon them out onto a parchment lined baking tray.
You can make these as big or little as you like but I like to make them about 2 tablespoons worth.
Let them set up for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile in a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals until smooth and melted. Using a fork drizzle the chocolate over the candies.
Top with sprinkles if desired. Serve once cooled completely. Enjoy!
