Cosmic Brownie Pie
Cosmic Brownie Pie recipe is a small slice of heaven. This pie is wonderfully decadent and don’t forget a glass of cold milk or vanilla ice cream to top it off! Cosmic Brownie Pie is true dessert nirvana with its flakey and buttery crust and fudgy center.

- 1 9- inch pie crust unbaked
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup butter melted
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powdered
- 1 ¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips divided
- Candy coated mini chocolate chips for garnish
Chocolate Ganache
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350F. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and crimp/flute the crust; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix until combined.
Fold in 1 cup of the chocolate chips.
Scoop the batter into the prepared pie crust and sprinkle the top with the remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chips.
Bake the pie at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
Cool the brownie pie for at least 30 minutes before adding the ganache.
To make the chocolate ganache, pour 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and the heavy whipping cream into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well, then continue to microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring between each heating interval until the chocolate is fully melted and the ganache is smooth and creamy.
Pour the chocolate ganache over top of the cooled pie and spread out evenly. Sprinkle with candy coated chocolate chips.
