Circus Cookie Bark
No-Bake Circus Cookie Bark dessert is a playful and colorful treat that brings together the irresistible crunch of circus animal cookies with a smooth, creamy white chocolate base. The bark is generously sprinkled with these nostalgic cookies, topped with rainbow sprinkles, and drizzled with more melted chocolate for an extra touch of sweetness.

- 2 12 oz. bags of White Melting Chocolates
- 1 12 oz. bag of Pink Melting Chocolate
- 1 bag of Circus Animal Cookies
- Rainbow Sprinkles
- Parchment Paper
- Cooking Sheet
Start by lining a baking sheet/cooking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Pour your white melting chocolate into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 45 second intervals until melted and smooth. Stirring after each time.
Repeat the process with pink melting chocolates. Pour the white melting chocolate out on the parchment paper, and smooth out evenly.
Drizzle the pink chocolate over top of the white chocolate.
Cut/Swirl with a knife back and forth to create a marbleized look.
Place in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.
Break apart, serve and enjoy!
