Ingredients
  

  • 36 vanilla Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 package 8 ounce full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 8 ounce tubs whipped topping
  • 2 boxes 3.4 ounce each vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 ½ cups cold milk
  • Yellow and orange food coloring
  • Candy corn for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper to make slicing easier
  • In the bowl of your food processor, crush all the cookies into crumbs.
  • Place the cookies into a large bowl and add the melted butter.
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Press the cookie crumbs evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  • In large bowl using an electric mixer combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in 1 container of whipped topping.
  • Stir in yellow food coloring until you get your desired shade.
  • Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie mixture.
  • In medium bowl, whisk together the dry pudding mixes and milk until combined.
  • Add in orange food coloring until you get your desired shade of orange.
  • Spread this over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with the remaining container of whipped topping.
  • Sprinkle a few candy corn over the top.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or freeze.
  • Slice and serve!

Notes

Tips and Tricks:

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Store in freezer, covered, for up to a month.
  • Freezing makes the slices prettier, but just at least make sure to thaw your cake for an hour before slicing.
