Secret Ingredient Fudge

Secret Ingredient Fudge recipe is made with Velveeta Cheese and a great Christmas dessert! It’s fudgy, rich, and has the perfect texture. Enjoy it straight from the fridge for the ultimate holiday snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares broken up
  • 32 ounces powdered sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In a medium microwave safe bowl melt together the Velveeta cheese, butter and chocolate in 30 second intervals until all melted.
  • Stir until well combined and completely smooth.
  • In a large bowl add all your powdered sugar.
  • Using an electric mixer add the melted chocolate mixture to the powdered sugar a little at a time until all incorporated.
  • Add in the vanilla.
  • Once everything is combined just use a spoon to stir in the pecans (if using).
  • Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil or parchment and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour all the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top until even.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to firm up.
  • Once firm, cut into 1 inch pieces and serve! Enjoy.
