Christmas Cookie Lush is the perfect holiday dessert.  This is no-bake, so it makes for a quick dessert when you are entertaining. Layers of vanilla cream cookies and sprinkles, a cheesecake layer, finished off with a pudding layer, whipped topping, crushed cookies and sprinkles to look like the perfect Christmas Cookie dessert.

Christmas Cookie Lush is the perfect holiday dessert recipe.  This is no-bake, so it makes for a quick dessert when you are entertaining. Layers of vanilla cream cookies and sprinkles, a cheesecake layer, finished off with a pudding layer, whipped topping, crushed cookies and sprinkles to look like the perfect Christmas Cookie dessert.

  • You can line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper
  • In the bowl of your food processor crush 36 Oreo cookies into crumbs.
  • Place the cookies into a large bowl and add the melted butter.
  • Stir until all incorporated.
  • Add in ½ tablespoon of holiday sprinkles.
  • Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  • In large bowl using an electric mixer combine the cream cheese, peppermint extract and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in 1 container (NOT both) of whipped topping.
  • Slowly stir in ½ tablespoon holiday sprinkles.
  • Gently spread the softened cream cheese mixture over the cookie mixture.
  • In medium mixing bowl, whisk together the dry pudding mix and milk until combined. Let set 3 minutes until slightly firm.
  • Gently stir in ½ tablespoon of sprinkles.
  • Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with the remaining container of whipped topping.
  • Crush the remaining 12 cookies and sprinkle over the top of the whipped topping.
  • Sprinkle the top with the remaining sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or freeze.
  • Slice and enjoy!

Notes

Tips and Tricks

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Store in freezer, covered, for up to a month.
  • Freezing makes the slices but more cleanly. Just make sure to thaw your cake for about an hour before slicing.
