Crock Pot Caramel Hot Chocolate is an incredibly simple recipe for the holidays or any occasion that packs a wonderful chocolate flavor punch and is super creamy deliciousness!

Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup caramel topping
  • 2 cups of good quality semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In your slow cooker (crock pot) add the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla and caramel.
  • Whisk until all combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Set slow cooker on low and let cook for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
  • Once chocolate is all melted turn to warm and serve!
  • Don’t forget to top with plenty of marshmallows and extra caramel drizzle.

Notes

Tips:
This will come out best if you use high quality chocolate chips like Ghiradelli.
You can substitute milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips for the semi-sweet. You can also use a combination of two different types.
I like to melt some caramels in the microwave for 30 seconds and drizzle around the inside of mug before serving! Enjoy!
