Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

This moist, flavorful turkey breast made right in the crock pot will satisfy your turkey craving at any time of the year and free up your oven on Thanksgiving!
Serves: 10 servings
  • 1 (6 -7 lb) bone-in turkey breast
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 1½ teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  1. Pour the chicken stock in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Combine the garlic, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper; rub over turkey, over skin and under as much as you can. Transfer turkey to a 6-qt. slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until tender.
