Mini Red, White, and Blue Cheesecakes recipe layered with a Golden Oreo crust and creamy tangy cheesecake. Top with sprinkles and whipped cream for the perfect patriotic dessert for 4th of July!

  • 4 blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 18 golden oreos
  • Red, White, Blue Sprinkles (jimmies)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
  3. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  4. Gently stir in about ⅓ cup of sprinkles.
  5. Place a cupcake paper in each muffin tin and place one Oreo down the bottom of each one.
  6. Fill each muffin tin about ¾ of the way up with batter.
  7. Sprinkle a few more sprinkles on top of each one.
  8. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until centers are almost set.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  11. You can serve with a dollop of whipped cream and more sprinkles for an even more festive look.
