Crock pot ribs are very easy to make. These slow cooker ribs are fall off the bone tender while also being the juiciest BBQ ribs!

Ingredients
  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
Dry Rub:
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
Barbecue Sauce:
  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15oz)
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan combine together tomato sauce, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, and dry seasonings.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Stir frequently until sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, stir together dry rub ingredients.
  5. Rub mixture over the outside of the ribs coating completely.
  6. Put ribs into the crock pot/ slow cooker. Cover with 1 ½ cup of homemade barbecue sauce, or sauce of your choice. Leave remaining sauce aside to add on top of finished ribs later.
  7. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve hot and top with remaining sauce.
Notes"
  1. If you desire the sauce to be more caramelized, place the ribs on a foil lined sheet pan. Broil for 10 minutes!
