Ingredients
  • 1 pound pasta
  • ½ cup sesame oil
  • 7 tablespoons honey
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ cup corn oil
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅔ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¾ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (preferably toasted)
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta in the boiling water according to package directions, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes; drain.
  3. Mix spaghetti, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, corn oil, green onion, red pepper flakes, and salt together in a large bowl until spaghetti is evenly coated.
  4. Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Add cilantro, peanuts, and sesame seeds just prior to serving (so they don't get soggy); toss to combine. Enjoy!
