California Spaghetti Salad

- 1 pound thin spaghetti, broken into (roughly) a couple inch pieces
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped/diced
- 2 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 cucumber, chopped small
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 sweet red pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 bottle (16 ounces) Italian-Style salad dressing
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain well and rinse in cold water to stop cooking.
- Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add the vegetables (minus the onion, tomato and cucumber) and olives.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Stir in cucumbers and onion.
- Drizzle over spaghetti mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight for best flavor. Top with diced tomatoes. Serve with a slotted spoon. Enjoy!
