Serves: 1 and ¼ cup
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2.5 teaspoons French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Mix the minced shallot, white wine vinegar and mustard in a small mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper, and mix again.
- Add olive oil and whisk until smooth.
- Pour into glass salad dressing container.
- Use immediately on a salad or pasta salad or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks. Shake well before serving. Enjoy!
