  • 10-12 Johnsonville pork breakfast sausage links
  • ¼ cup onion, diced
  • 7 eggs
  • ⅓ cup half and half
  • 1 and ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  1. Place sausage and diced onion in a large skillet. Cook over medium high heat until onions are translucent and sausage is evenly browned.
  2. Drain this mixture and chop sausage into bite-size pieces; set aside.
  3. While sausage and onion are cooking, beat eggs and half & half together in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pour eggs into the skillet. Add cheese and cook just until eggs are set.
  5. Stir in sausage, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm. Enjoy!
