5 ice cubes (use more or less to change consistency)
1 cup cashew milk, unsweetened
1 medium frozen banana
3 dates, chopped
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until it has reached a smooth and creamy consistency. Garnish with a slice of banana, if desired. Pour into glass(es) and serve.
