It’s another rainy day in Rochester and I’m sitting here watching the storms pass over. Rochester loves it’s clouds and rain this summer. Hey, at least it got me out of mowing the lawn today! Oh, and it also saved me from watering all of my flowers and spice garden. And to think that Mr. Wishes calls me a glass half empty type of girl! Are you ready for Weekly Meal Plan {Week 108}?

Well, if you’re still reading this, I’m guessing that you are. You can see from this meal plan that some of us are still in full blown summer mode (me) and others are already accepting that fall is on the horizon (not me until November….maybe even December). Those spicy chicken and noodles are SO going to happen in my house this week for dinner. I’ve been eating pasta and sauce for three days straight now and while I see nothing wrong with that, it’s time to lighten things up again next week.

I posted a brand new recipe this week that you do not at all want to miss…trust me.

Cashew Chicken Rotini Salad – this is great for a BBQ, picnic or weeknight dinner! I even serve it to myself for lunch on occasion.

Creamy Cashew Chicken Rotini Salad loaded with chicken, cashews, fruit and veggies is my new favorite pasta salad to make for an awesome side dish! It can stand alone as a meal or bring it to a summer BBQ or potluck!
