Happy Saturday, everyone! Weekly Meal Plan {Week 106} is here to help you with those dinner ideas this week. I’ve been in somewhat of a food rut lately and I need all the new ideas I can get. Of course, it doesn’t help that I have to cook meals that don’t require the oven. Our air conditioner hates us and decided to die on the hottest day of the summer. We waited a couple of weeks to find out it was completely done and we need a whole new one. Ahhhh, home ownership. My house being so hot, as in Africa hot, has caused me to eat more ice cream this week than I care to admit.

That tuna pasta salad on the meal plan this week may just have to serve as my whole meal in this upcoming week! Mr. Wishes doesn’t eat seafood, so more for me. I also may fall victim to a few too many of those skinny mojitos to help me cool off. I deserve it, right?

Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Meatless – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Burgers/Grilling/Sandwiches – fire up the grill for an easy dinner.
