Hi everyone!  I hope you had a great week and are staying warm.  I still see a lot of green over here when I look out my window, but I’m not complaining!  This has been the winter of hardly any snow and I really could get used to it.

Did you see like the weekly meal plan from last week?  I hope you found some great ideas to keep dinners fresh and exciting around your house.  Today, I’m providing you with another week of delicious meal ideas….and don’t worry, I didn’t forget the desserts.  This should help you get out of that dinner slump that we all get in once in a while.  I have my favorite tried and true meals I love to make once a week every other week, but I like to come up with something different once in a while.  If you’re anything like me, you will benefit a lot from this week’s menu.  Enjoy!

Looks like a great week of dishes, as always! I’m hungry already. 🙂
I’m especially intrigued by the eye of round… it’s not a cut I normally but, but given how expensive beef prices have gotten, I really need to get friendly with some of the cheaper cuts that are out there.

Friday recipe is my fave 😉 JUST KIDDING! Although I sure could use a night off from cooking. Your weekly meal plans rock! I have a terrible sweet tooth since I went cold turkey after Christmas so this chocolate pudding is calling my name!!
